Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Moonflow website and service. By using Moonflow you agree to them.
1. The service
Moonflow is a connector you add to your own Claude (Desktop/Team/Enterprise). Your Claude subscription performs the reasoning and writing; your Moonlit connector performs the search; Moonflow provides the server-side defensibility layer — citation verification, currency/good-law checks, and document rendering. You are responsible for your own Claude and Moonlit accounts and their terms.
2. No legal advice; your responsibility
Moonflow does not provide legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Output is a draft that a competent, qualified lawyer must review, verify and approve before any reliance or external use. You are responsible for compliance with your professional obligations (including applicable bar/NOvA rules).
3. Acceptable use & intellectual property
The Moonflow software, server-side tools, methodology and verification logic are our intellectual property and are licensed, not sold. You may not: (a) copy, redistribute, sublicense or resell the service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the server-side tools or prompts; or (c) use the service to build a competing product. The visible "recipe" (which tool runs when) is provided for transparency and does not grant rights to the underlying implementation.
4. Confidentiality & data
Your matter data stays in your own Claude environment; we do not receive or retain it (see the Privacy Policy). Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential.
5. Subscriptions & payment
Access is provided on a subscription basis as agreed in your order or quote, including ongoing updates to the workflows. Fees, term and renewal are as stated there. [Pricing and billing terms to be finalised.]
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output is complete, current or fit for a particular matter — hence clause 2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss.
7. Term & termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the order. We may suspend access for breach of these terms, in particular clause 3.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Operated by [ENTITY], KvK [KVK], [ADDRESS] — [CONTACT-EMAIL].
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
